Alfa Plastik Inc. is a czech market leader in production of plastic mouldings used in automotive, furniture, pharmaceutical, food processing and processing industries with over 50 years of experience in a branch of injection moulding. Alfa Plastik is known as a reliable supplier and flexible business partner whos priority is a hight quality and durability of our products, efficient production, utilization of advanced technological equipment and individual approach to customers incl. ability to meet their specific requirement.Our company utilizes a number of production technologies; such as the injection moulding of thermoplastic materials on machines with a clamping force of 35 up to 1500 tons, ultrasonic welding, silk screen printing, GIT, IML, RFID and also assembly operations. Our facilities are strategically located in Tachov and Bruntal - in close proximity to German and Polish boarders. Outside of Czech Republic we own a company in the Ukraine. Alfa Plastik operates its own Research and Development (R&D) and technology departments, which are constantly developing a variety of new products. We use various technologies, to include ultrasonic welding, in-mould labelling, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), screen-printing and assembly operations. Thanks to our in-house tool-shop division we offer one-stop-shop service.We offer products and services manufactured with a support of modern design, modelling and simulation technologies; such as 3D mould design SW / CATIA V5, Thinoceros, 2D software / AutoCad, PowerMill and Work NC. Alfa Plastik operates modern injection machines from the production of Engel, Manesmann - Demag, Sandretto and fully modernized machines CS and CSE.
