BIOMATE Medical Devices Technology Co., Ltd was established in2008, focusing on the design and production of dental implant. Withthe support of the government and billions of dollars of investmentfor 6 years, BIOMATE produced all its products in the two self-ownGMP factories that equipped with high-end medical productionfacilities of medical devise in Kaohsiung Science & Industrialpark. BIOMATE formed an interdisciplinary R&D team through thecollaboration with professional research centers of medicaluniversities in Taiwan and groups of physicians from associationsrelated to dental implant to develop the high quality, MIT bonetype implant system based on the demand of physicians-the BIOMATEImplant System.Biomate's dental implant is developed by the following specialproduct designs: 1. Fine thread design on the neck; 2. PDLTMsurface treatment; 3. Cutting design; 4. Abutment design; 5.Platform switch design; 6. Implant thread design. Inaddition, Biomate dental implant has been demonstrated itsgood biomechanical compatibility, excellent biocompatibility,effectively accelerate the growth of new bone and shorten theosseointegration process. After several years of diligentresearch and development, the development of first branded dentalimplant in Taiwan has been honored by European Innovation andInvention Award, Ukraine Internation Invention Gold Medal, andPoland Innovations Silver Medal in 2011. BIOMATE also possesses thewarranty and certification of CE, TFDA and GMP.
