Our conditions are as follows: 1, The buyer will visit the scrap yard for physical inspection of the materials after which he the buyer will sign the contract with the seller. 2, The seller will issue a letter of invitation to the buyer for the visit to the used rail scrap yard of the railway corporation. You the buyer will send your LOI and we the seller will issue you with FCO. If our procedures are ok by the buyer, you get me informed..
