The Company's products are marketed in the USA by a marketing strategy belonging to our company under 3 brand names owned by the Company. The Company deals with the production and marketing of basic products only, from fabric types as detailed below. Since the company deals with the production of basic underwear garments (and not fashionable underwear) the consumption of raw materials used by the Company is characterized as follows: -.CONSUMPTION STRUCTURE OF FABRICS USED BY THE COMPANY1. The fabrics are of a constant type without changes.2. The consumption of the types of fabrics that are mentioned hereunder is for a period of 12 months per year.3. The usage within the year is of equal quantities and constant for each type.4. Chano will send orders for the production of the materials for a period of 6 months' work. The orders are issued 2 months before the start of the production.5. Chano demands that during the production process, the machines working on the orders for Chano will not serve other customers. This is in order to avoid differences in the quality of the production as a result of replacing the product on the machine. For this purpose the quantity of each type of material ordered by Chano allows a knitting machine to work 24 hours per day, 30 days per month during the production time of the order.
