The company is located at No.568, Tengfei 3rd Rd., Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone, Shuangliu, Chengdu, covering 20,000 square meters with more than 100 staff. The production line of Bede is equipped with 3 continuous extrusion machines, 2 sets of Oxygen-free copper rod continuous up-casting machines, 1 60-ton stretch Straightener, 2 automatic hydraulic drawing machines, 1 CNC for ARC machinery, 3 sets of CNC for bus bar punching and bending, etc.Bede mainly produces various specifications of Copper Bus bars, Shaped Copper Bus bars, Copper bars and Oxygen Free Copper Rods, as well as customized copper parts. The full-capacity output totals up to 12,000 tons annually, and the output value reaches 500 million yuan. With 10 years into copper bus bar production business, Bede has sophisticated technology, equipment at the cutting edge, and sound monitoring procedures.
