Along with the well established through coatings multiple echo technique, Cygnus now offer the option of single-echo measurement using twin-crystal probes. Other new features include: colour display with A-Scan and B-Scan; a second end mounted display; Bluetooth for remote viewing; and data logging. The updated CygLink software is a Windows based program offering logging and reporting in an intuitive and straight-forward layout.Another new feature is the Cygnus developed MSI (TradeMarked) which is used to indicate a stable measurement reading when the gauge is used in single-echo mode. This ensures that Cygnus&＃39; long established philosophy of providing accurate and reliable thickness readings is carried through to the new range of thickness gauges.Cygnus thickness gauges are designed for use in almost every industrial application.
