The accumulated technology from this process led the company to advance to the field of semiconductor inspection equipment in 1980s. The company produces and supplies mainly semiconductor inspection equipment including the Burn-In System,Burn-In Board, and Wafer Prober. In addition to this, we also produce and supply LCD inspection equipment like LCD Module Tester and LCD Aging Tester.
