Custom sample is available in two weeks. For some projects we charge a prototyping fee first and credit back to the order we receive later.  Price Terms:  Exwork or FOB  Payment: We require a 50% deposit when placing an order with us. The balance will be paid when the order is delivered for new customer. For excellent credit accounts, we also offer other terms. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for instruction. Returns: All returns must be authorized.
