A Growing ZhengYangDongguan ZhengYang Electronic Mechanical Ltd.&＃39;s precursor was DAX International, established in Taiwan in 1984.In March 2003, ZhengYang established the first production facility in DongGuan City GuangDong Province, China. In 2006, ZhengYang started to build a modernized factory which is over 50,000 square meters and was opened in 2008. The new facility can accommodate up to 2,000 employees and allows us to increase production to more than 1,000,000 units per year.A Strong Research and Development TeamWe have an excellent Research and Development team that are over 10% of ZhengYang&＃39;s personnel and are constantly working with companies like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Iveco, Scania, Renault, etc to develop the latest products. Since 2004 we have started working with large automotive companies around the world to develop series of AdBlue sensors for the SCR system. It can reduce up to 50% of NOx that comes from the automobile, which meets the requirements of Euro4 and Euro5. So far we are the only supplier of high quality AdBlue sensors in the world. Our AdBlue sensors were used on all the public buses during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. The development mass production of AdBlue sensors is vital in reducing environmental pollution. In 2007, ZhengYang invested a large amount of money to build a high quality comprehensive laboratory in purpose of increasing the quality of the products. The experiment center meets the international standard of tests including design construction test, electricity test, mechanical performance test, temperature test, salt spray test, sine/random vibration test, elements of metal material test, metallurgical analyzer, and intergranular corrosion analyzer.
