RoseRosa products are made with the newest manufacturing equipment and new components to increase the quality factor of the product. -Calender(6LINES) : The best PVC sheet is produced by mixing PVC powder and a various additives such as a plasticizer and a stabilizer. -Printing(10LINES) : The natural wood effect is shown by printing sheet for print with a wood pattern of different colors. -Embossing(9LINES) : It prevents the printing surface from erasing by pasting a transparent sheet to printed sheet with a wood pattern ln addition highlynon-brilliant embossing makes natural wood pattern effect more elegant. -UV coating(2LINES) : Through the UV experiments for the surface hardening process, the product stays the excellent surface conditiin with durabilityand empty worn out fuctions. -Roll Cuting(6LINES) : Roll-cut the printed, laminated and embossed product -High Glossoy(2LINES) : The new method supplemented high gloss products` weakness of texture and the scratches on the surface. -Cooling treatment(1LINE) : In order to prevent expansion and contraction of product that was printed, laminated and embossed, we do coolingtreatment to increase life span of the products. -Hot-water treatment(1LINE) : In order to prevent expansion and contraction of product that was printed, laminated and embossed, we do hot-watertreatment to increase life span of the products. -Thomson Cuting(1LINE) : As automatic cutter of Deco-tile according to size is excellent for precision machining. -Foam Sheet(1LINE) : A lightweight, flexible foam sheet and a variety of products are embossed with a pattern. -Adhesiveness(1LINE) : The construction is excellent since it can be used on curved surfaces as well as flat surfaces.
