Buyer signs FCO and sends ICPO with POF MT799 by SWIFT (Annex "A&＃39;&＃39;). 4. Seller provides Buyer POP Confirmation via SWIFT (MT799). 5. Buyer and Seller sign Contract. 6. Buyer&＃39;s Bank issues Pre-Advice L/C to Seller&＃39;s Bank. 7. Seller issues the Full POP for Buyer&＃39;s verification. 8. Buyer&＃39;s Bank issues the Non-Operative One Time Transferable RDLC. 9. Seller&＃39;s Bank issues the 2% Performance Bond (PB) which will automatically activate the RDLC. 10. Delivery commences as per schedule. There is another procedure, please ask for it
