This greatly reduces the footprint of the IC to provide very compact circuitry.Wave soldering: This is a fully automated soldering technology for high volume soldering process.Hand assembly and soldering technology: This usually provides the final touch for PCB assembly for some components that is not suitable for automated assembly such as soldering of connecting wires and certain components that are too temperature sensitive for automated soldering process.
