    JUBANA Company was founded in 1993 in Mažeikiai, which has long been known as one of the leading industrial centers in Lithuania. Based on the recognition of the achievements of the plant production of electrical products, operating since 1959, rallied highly qualified team, combining the experience and engineering ideas and plans for continuing the development of electric motors, it was decided by founder Julius Banys, to create his own company for the production of starters and alternators. During this time JUBANA has gone from trading company to own manufacturing of starters and alternators under the brand names "JOB's" and "JUBANA", while simultaneously developing the production and wholesale of spare parts and accessories. JUBANA from the very beginning of its activities directed at the development in the global market and today has grown to an international company with its production structure in Lithuania, China, India and having more than 900 workers related to company management, production and logistics.
