Company Introduction
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES (1) Buyer issues and delivers this LOI/MOU, duly completed and signed with full banking coordinates, CIS, Board Resolution, Company Registration, Passport Copy and Fee Protection Agreement.(2) Seller accepts and countersigns this LOI/MOU, making it a binding contract complete with Seller?s banking coordinates and Passport Copy. (3) Within three (3) banking days, Seller?s bank sends a Pre-Advice SWIFT MT-799 to Buyer?s bank confirming availability of the BG&＃39;S, quoting full text of the BG. (4) Within three (3) banking day of receipt of Pre-Advise SWIFT MT-799, Buyer?s bank sends Irrevocable Conditional Bank Pay Order (?ICBPO?) conditional payment to Seller?s banking coordinates. (5) After verification, authentication of ICBPO, the Seller will request the issuing bank to issue the BG via SWIFT MT-760, to Buyer?s banking coordinates within three (3) banking days. (6) Upon successful verification and authentication of the SWIFT MT-760, the Buyer?s Bank will release the payment of the ICBPO to the Seller within four (4) banking days.
