    Kenwo international company limited is a professional Zinc alloy and Aluminum alloy die casting manufacturer. We found in Hong Kong in 1994 and using Japanese management. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. And we are branded GP. Our finishing service is all-inclusive from tooling to precision die-casting. We have 12 units of Zinc die casting machine from 5 tons to 64 tons (eg. Hishinuma U20, U2 ) and 5 units of AL die casting machine from 50tons to 288 tons. The highest tolerance we can achieve is 0.01mm for Zinc die casting parts and 0.02mm for AL die casting parts. Besides, we are also have more than 30 units of CNC machine , and also able to provide secondary process eg. polishing, sand blasting, painting, silk screening , tumbling, drilling and assembling . Furthermore, we are able to make Voice Coil Motor, Encoder and mini-industrial brush. Our quality policy is achieved through our well-trained employees and high precision equipment like CMM, profile and roughness tester and other sophisticated equipment. SPC, CPK statistic are widely used as our regular internal measurement. We are qualified supplier for Seagate, Panasonic, Ricoh, branded etc. and awarded best supplier from Seagate.
