Seller releases this Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) via electronic mail to the Buyer duly signed and sealed by the Seller. 2. Buyer signs and seals the agreement, locks in PDF format and forwards a copy electronically to the seller. The electronic copy of this Sales and Purchase Agreement duly executed by both parties is legally binding and enforceable. Both parties deposit copies of the Agreement with their respective banks and Buyer swifts a blocked funds, MT799, OR MT760 SBLC covering the total cargo to sellers bank.3. Seller after confirmation of the instrument through his bank, nominates the ship, programs, loads the ship and issues a marine NOR/ETA to the buyer POD and harbor master (All documents in buyers name).4. Vessel leaves loading port departing to GHANA and issues an ETA every 72 hours to the buyers POD while on voyage.5. On arriving the buyers POD, the Vessel announces its arrival and issues a marine ATB to thebuyers inspectors to board the cargo for DIP TEST.6. Buyers inspectors boards and confirms cargo and disembark with samples for Quality and Quantity Analysis at discharge port in QUINDAO CHINA.7. Upon the release and acceptance of Q&Q report by both parties, Buyers bank issues an MT103 in favor of the Seller to the Sellers bank covering the total cost of the cargo on board. 8. Seller releases all the original documents to the buyer and Vessel discharges into the buyers storage facility.9. Final payments are made by Swift Wire Transfer direct
