Luoyang Liushi Mojv Co.,Ltd, was established on 2001, located in Luoyang, a famous heavy industry city in Henan Province, P.R.China, we are focus on develop and manufacture the lost foam mould for more than 10 years , we have 4000m2 office and 6000m2 working shop, now we have 230 employees, included 36 designers.We have 6 sets high speed CNC milling machine from Hass, DMG and Hartford; we have 16 sets large gantry machining center; 28 sets general processing equipment, 3 sets core shooter machine, 1 set three coordinate measuring machine, 1 set spectrum analyzer. Our output is around 800 sets mould per year.Our moulds type include: motor housing, cylinder body, cylinder header, gear box, valves body, hydrant body and others, we could design and manufacture the mould according to the drawing and requirements.We are not only manufaucture the moulds for Chinese machine, we are also manufacture moulds for German machines.
