With "Design, Quality &Professional" as our business philosophy, Main Plan is dedicatingto customers' satisfaction for more than 20 years. Our Hong KongHeadquarters is the hub of international customer service andproduction coordination. Our factory is located in Ningbo with40,000sqm and more than 1000 employees for the production of faucetand bathroom accessories. Our monthly capacities are 240,000 pcs.per faucets and 150,000 pcs. for bathroom accessoriesrespectively.We have our own design team from Spain & China managing over 50new designs of fashionable faucets and bathroom accessoriesregistered in Hong Kong and the EU every year. Besides, we have aspecialized technican team making use of imported machinery likeCNC to provide in house support to our OEM & ODM businesses.Privacy for your OEM projects are well protected.In Main Plan, quality is always observed comprehensively. Startingfrom the arrival of our raw materials (mainly Grade A H59 brasscomplying with GB/T5231), we have German-made Spectrometer toensure safety composition content is in accordance withinternational standard. Advanced inspection equipment is deployedto moniter our faucets and mixers are functionally qualified underEN standards as EN817, EN200 & EN1111. Electroplating thicknessstandard of Chrome & Nickel layers are also controlled by X-RayThickness Measurers & Salt Spray Testing Machines. In addition,imported components from Sedal, Kerox & Vernet Cartridges,Neoperl aerator and Sedal flexible hoses are used as well. Ourproducts can thus reach Safety Standards like Kiwa, Water Mark,WRAS and AENOR.In our factory which is already accredited with ISO9001:2008Quality System, we use Sand Core Blowing and Gravity-Die-Castingleaded by IMR machines from Italy. Our spinning machines can drillup to 8 holes at the same time to ensure our product precision.Customers are always welcome to visit our factory and it is justabout 45 minutes from the Ningbo Airport.
