The Textile Factory "Maksima", with its roots starting in the city of Stip, Macedonia, is a private company. Mr. Ilija Lazarov is responsible for managing the firm and so far he has proven to be a successful businessman. The Textile Factory "Maksima" has been working since 24.06. 2002. It started with 90 employees to advance in 2005 with 200 employees working in two shifts. It is a family business, 100% private. The firm works with CMT system for well-known companies. For the time being the firm had extended rapidly and achieved many certificates for high quality competing on international fairs. Main overtaken challenges are the companies: branded, Van Vinkel, Berto Lucci, Millennium, and Karma Bella. Due to the long lasting cooperation with these internationally respected brand names, the company managed to achieve high quality production of male shirts, for customers, whose needs are pretentious and full with prestige, recognized by their work position and the place they take in their surroundings, searching for superior products.
