The polyethylene tape coating system in use today typically consists of butyl rubber primer(solid content 27%), corrosion protection inner wrap tape and mechanical protection outer wrap tape(thickness:0.4-1.27mm, width:50-300mm). The coating system can be tailored to meet design or construction conditions, on all kinds diameter pipelines. The performance of polyethylene tape coating system for pipelines is ideal anticorrosion material and currently available.Polyethylene tape for anticorrosion & PrimerThe high quality anticorrosion conting systems of polyethylene tape for pipelines of any diameter for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, city gas, oil and electric power industries etc. Anticorrosion conting systems are formed by the best combination of primer, inner wrap tape(anticorrosion coating tapes) and outer wrap tape(mechanical coating tapes). The tape as consists of two parts: 1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber. 2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene(PE) Plastic.
