Established in 1990, and occupying 6,000 square meters, Ningbo Yinzhou Yajie Aluminum-Plastic Sprayer Co., Ltd. (The original Ningbo Yinzhou Rihua Can Factory) is located in Ningbo Wangchun Industrial Park, near airport and port. We handle the whole production, from metal punch, anodic oxidation, injection molding to the final assembly. There are about 100 employees, including 10 technicians in charge of oxidation, coloring, electrolysis and pretreatment and 20 technicians specialized in the design and development of punch and injection mould. Apart from top talents, our company possesses advanced equipment, consisting of 8 full-automatic high-speed punches, 20 sets of automatic punch equipment in different kinds, 4 sets of chemical polishing equipment, 4 sets of electrolytic polishing equipment and 4 automatic polishing lines. We have 1,200kw full-automatic injection equipment with annual capacity of 800 tons. Moreover, there are 3 full-automatic assembly lines. Owing to above strength, our annual output of perfume sprayers and caps has reached 200 million.With up-to-date technology, full range of equipment and scientific management, Yajie has always been committed to providing customers with high-quality products. "Quality first, customers first" is the purpose of serving the company. Our cosmetic packaging is also widely applied to food, medicine and other green fields. The sales market has been spread from home to abroad and enlarged in Southeast Asia, Europe and America, the Middle East and so on.
