Out of the Blue purchases Live Southern Rock Lobster caught from the pristine waters of South Australia by licensed Local Fisherman during the fishing season which runs from November to May yearly. We have 5 Years experience in the Rock Lobster Export industry, currently our company Exports 99% of our product to China and we are looking to establish business contacts in the Japanese seafood industry.Export Prices are based upon current local market price per kg, the market price per kg does fluctuate on a daily basis; a quotation can be supplied at time of enquiry from interested buyers.
