Promimpex Co. is an official dealer and distributor of Mineral JSC. Mineral JSC is a mining company - has been involved in mining Pology deposit of kaolins and refractory clays since 1929. The company&＃39;s area of specialisation is in the extraction of secondary kaolins, refractory clays, bentonite clays, molding and construction sand, also in the manufacturing of ramming masses, fodder components and kaolin powders with their further sale to the clients. The annual amount of the extraction and shipment of kaolins is 450 000 tons, clay - 350 000 tons, quartz-clay mixtures and construction sand ? 800 000 tons. The number of employees is 800. Pology deposit of secondary kaolins and refractory clays being 5 km wide stretched for 30 km. The operating stockpile of kaolins and refractory clays within the limits of the established allotment makes 35 mln tons in 2005. The difference between clay and kaolin is in the higher degree of kaolin particles dispersion of the first (in kaolin the particles of less than 5 microns predominate, while in clay - less than 2 microns), also in the lower content of quartz granules, in the higher plasticity and the ability to coagulate under higher temperature. In Pology deposit the useful depth of secondary kaolins averages about 3-6 metres, refractory clays ?2.5 metres.
