Rastra Batik is the largest exporters Batik in Indonesia.reliable since 2010.in production is hand made, with best quality and selection of materials CatonBatik is a fabric art that uses wax as a resistant to dye. I start with a white shirt and create the image with melted wax. I then dye the shirt. In the process the wax cracks and dye gets into the cracks. I then remove the wax and the image remains. These images are now part of the fabric. Unlike a silk screen that is just painted on the surface these images will last as long as the shirt itself. Images with multi-colors take a few nights to make as I have to paint on the dye and then wait for the dye to dry.
