    Santura Heavy Engineering was established in 1980 in India and promoted by Mr. Bharat Diwan a qualified Production Engineer. The company has recently converted into a Private Limited company and is now called Santura Engineering Pvt Ltd. Refractoy Anchors: We produce various shapes of anchors made from C.S, S.S304, 321, 316L, 316, 310 & INCONEL 600 & 601 all depending on our clients drawings and specifications.2). Sight Doors: We manufacture sight doors as per Engineers India Ltd. standard drawings made in S.S 310 material with high temperature hardened glass for various refineries. 3). Counter Weight Systems: Fabrication of CWS is carried out as per clients drawings. The &＃39;Dead Weight&＃39; Material is made from Carbon Steel and Cast Iron. The hollow section for the &＃39;H&＃39; and &＃39;I&＃39; frames of the CWS consist of imported graph allow oil less bushes embedded in carbon steel housing. The pins are made of special grade S.S locally manufactured. The complete system is hot dip galvanized. Clevises are of S.S material machined in house. Heat treatment of 8.8 grade bolts is done by our subcontractor which is closely monitored to attain correct hardness and tempering. 4). Fabricated Items: Our company also takes responsibility for fabrication of various items as per clients drawings and specifications.
