Shangqiu Aoshen Noodle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is an agricultural and sideline products processing enterprise integrating the food purchase and storage, flour processing, production of fine dried noodles, pasta production and R&D, and is an important leading enterprise for agricultural industry in Henan Province. "Aoshen" is a famous trademark of Henan province. In order to expand the industrial chain, the company invested heavily to introduce one production line at the international advanced level from Switzerland Buhler in 2014, and the production capacity is 3.5 t/h, thus achieving the overall Aoshen industrial upgrading and creating a precedent in the whole grain pasta production in China! The company has set up the top R&D team in the field of domestic noodles consumption, and has reached a close cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Wuhan Polytechnic University to focus on pasta development. The project has introduced the world's most advanced pasta production equipment, which has the world's leading technology, and through the visual interface, only 2 people can accurately control the key points of each production process. Moreover, the equipment has high degree of automation, greatly reducing the demand for production personnel, and the production process is fully closed to minimize the food safety risk caused by the human error, fundamentally putting an end to the food safety problems.
