    Scientific-production company SPE "Energia" have been created in2001 in order to implement the program of modernisation oflocomotive rail coal mine transport in the coal mine industry.Locomotives, produced by our company, are successfully working inthe coal mines of Ukraine for several years. In the company thecontrol of all departments is carried out, the production have beentested for accordance to quality features. Measures are being takento improve the organisation of the production process of the ISO9001 certificate. All production of our company is fullycorresponds to the standards, are being certificated and has aresolution from Committee Gosgorpromnadzor Ukraine for using incoal mines. Individual approach to every client achieves the bestpossible performance of the job of Customer, fully compliant withthe specifications. An important aspect of the company SPE"Energia" is to achieve the minimum periods of the order (onemonth), starting from the processing of an application to the finaldelivery of goods to the Customer. Chernozem (from Russian: чернозём, tr. chernozyom, IPA: [tɕɪrnɐˈzʲɵm]), "black dirt" or "black earth", is a black-coloured soil containing a high percentage of humus (7% to 15%), and high percentages of phosphoric acids, phosphorus and ammonia. Chernozem is very fertile and produces a high agricultural yield. We currently supply such cultures as: Sunflower, Corn, Sorghum, Oats, Sainfoin, Millet, Buckwheat, Spring barley.
