Their eco-friendly asbestos-free brake and clutch linings have already become components to be depended upon in the American,European and other markets world over. The name COMMANDO spells commitment of safety. SFCL from 2007 started its own in house state of the art laboratory a enabling formulate. SFCL materials and developed processes as per the stringent requirements of existing & new vehical gesigns. SFCL R & D wing is equipped with BRAKE DYNO (Field Simulated), Co-efficient of friction & wear testing Scale Rig. Tensile Testing Machine(Cross Breaking,Shear,Etc.), Rockwell hardness Tester, burst Testing machine &all equipment for detailes chemical analysis (Raw Materials & End Product). All the incoming Raw materials are tested before being certified "PASSED" for manufacturing. We are having very strong "QUALITY ASSURANCE"as the End products are subjected to inspection & tests as per BIS/JIG/R-90/ Customer Recommended Standards before being dispatched to the customers. Presently SFCL exports 70% of their product to Europe & Middle east. SFCL introduces new machineries in 2008 to meet consumer demands of quality and supply.
