TECHNO TARP AND POLYMERS, a 100% EXPORT ORIENTED COMPANY is today a leading manufacturer of HDPE LAMINATED TARPAULIN. Being an ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFIED company, it has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is strategically located near the Mumbai Port (JNPT). Besides the standard supplies, the plant is well-equipped to manufacture all types of tarpaulin including custom-made products for diverse International requirements.TECHNOLOGIESThe machinery has been set-up on one of the most contemporary technology - a) Tape Extrusion and StretchingThis includes Static mixers and Melt pumps which allow for uniform mixing and dispersion, Inverter based winders for defect free winding and super heated oven giving highest strength to the yarn.b) Circular LoomsThe 6 shuttle looms have the ability to produce heavy duty fabric of maximum width of 2.7 mtrs. These looms are capable of making pin-hole free fabric for better protective properties.c) LaminatorsThe one-of-a-kind laminator can laminate in tandem fashion up to 10 microns on either side. It works with an accuracy of maximum variation of 2 % in film thickness.d) Sealing and CuttingThere are continuous three header sealing machines with a unique hot air device for firm and strong sealing. The factory also includes an automatic cutting machine which cuts the tarpaulin at a desired length and ensures zero defects in dimensions.e) Miscellaneous MachineryBoth tape line and laminator extruders are fitted with four feeder mixing and dousing equipment which are specially designed for blending tarpaulin ingredients and are micro process controlled.
