The company's operation begins with our two seafood docks, each strategically located in Mississippi and Louisiana for optimal selection of fresh seafood. The day's catch is then immediately transferred to our processing facility nested on the outskirts of Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans. Main services offered include Cryogenic Freezing, Fin-fish Gas Treatment, Crabmeat Picking & Pasteurization, Shellfish Shucking, and Private Labeling.
