Company Introduction
Since 1908, Darley has been dedicated to serving the World&＃39;s Fire and Emergency Services. Our corporate headquarters are located at 325 Spring Lake Drive in Itasca, IL 60143, and our manufacturing, engineering and research and development operations are in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and Toledo, Oregon. W. S. Darley & Co. has purchased a new headquarters in Itasca, IL. The new facility is over 40, 000 sq feet and is located about 10 minutes from their previous headquarters in Melrose Park, IL. According to company president Paul C. Darley, "We had been in our previous building for almost 50 years. Our business is growing, and this new state-of-the-art facility has almost double the amount of space that we had in our Melrose Park headquarters. This new building also better reflects our corporate image as we move into our next 100 years of business. It will allow us to continue to expand our business to better serve the needs of our growing customer base. " Darley is currently making some improvements to the building and will move into the new facility in January, 2008. The new building is located at 325 Spring Lake Drive in Itasca, IL 60143. All telephone numbers will remain unchanged. We remain a family owned and operated business committed to customer service and our employees. Company operations are overseen by the executive committee consisting of three Chief Operating Officers, Jeff, Paul and Peter Darley, The Chief Executive Officer is Bill Darley and he is certified engineer and has been with our company for over 50 years. He is one of the most respected individuals in the fire service due to his commitment and integrity. He served as President of the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers Association and currently serves on several corporate and charity boards. Our entire company is committed to customer satisfaction.
