With a high-efficiency particulate air filter system constantly circulating the air, clean, filtered air is put in as the dirty air is pulled out. A UV light germicidal lamp is set to turn on every morning from 7 to 7:30am for sterilization in order to create a working environment free from any pollution, producing safer and more stable products for consumers to use, while implementing GMP operational standards for maintenance and testing according to aesthetic medical grade requirements.Personnel Control and Logistics ManagementYan Nuo Biochemical Technology factory has a class 100,000 cleanroom. The movement and flow of both labor workers and materials must be specifically regulated and managed, while monitoring and recording of pressure, temperature, wind speed, air cleanliness and sterilization must be conducted regularly, as well as the pressure difference between the hallway connecting the class 100,000 cleanroom to prevent air cross-contamination. All of the staff entering the workshop area must follow rigorous hygiene standards including changing to protective clothing and thorough hand-washing. An air-shower is installed, and standard dust-free operational procedures and access controls are implemented to ensure that personnel access will not affect the cleanliness of the work space.
