Our company organized in 1993. The main activity - manufacture pistons, liners, piston cylinder - sets and water pumps for autotractor engineering.Today Zavod Dvigatel is the best in Ukraine manufacturer of pistons, piston pins and sleeves in one enterprise. We guarantee the quality of our products.The company includes:plant makes aluminum casting: casting method in a metal mold under high pressure into the ground, weight from 0.03 kg to 50 kg. Using advanced methods of casting, enables the production of castings of high accuracy, dense structure and minimal allowances for machining. Basic aluminum alloys AK12M2MgN, AK7, AK5M2, AK9. Production capacity of the plant - 2,000 tons aluminum casting per year.plant produces cast iron: castings by a molding method in sand form, as well as centrifugal machines, weighing from 1 to 50 kg. The main castings are manufactured in the shop are the Autotractor liners, cylinders.two departments machining: and evaluated cast pistons, liners, cylinders, water pumps and machine tools with numerical control of domestic and foreign production, which allows to obtain a stable product quality.Tool area: in which developed tooling for casting and mechanical departments. In the area are qualified engineers, turners, Turner borer, millers, toolmaker in possession of modern high-precision machine tools and CNC machining centers.
