Company Introduction
Small company currently selling Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete.We are also going to sell organic children's wear and possible womens' and mens' wear.The company is located in NOrway, its a one man company but with a partner in Crete. Later it will become a General Partnership consisting of these two people. Ousia olive oil is produced solely from Koroneiki olives. The olives are crushed and cold pressed on the very same day of harvesting, to maintain the unique fruity flavor and gold-green hue. It is therefore a superior quality olive oil. The thousand year-old tradition of olive harvesting is here combined with modern organic farming. Gentle cold pressing through mechanical processing guarantees a high class olive oil.
