Our CompanyHow we got startedI stumbled upon the idea for this business while pursuing a hobby, the restoration of classic sports cars. I wanted to add a stereo to an old Porsche, but I couldn&＃39;t find a local retailer or a mail order company to provide one. Reasoning that there were surely other automobile enthusiasts like myself facing the same problem, I decided to create my own mail order car stereo business.In March of 1998, I started Electronics Sale. What I learned from those surveys saved this business and became the foundation for our success.Here&＃39;s what I learned: First, car stereo customers were hungry for know-how about installing this specialized audio equipment. And second, they placed enormous value on customer service.What we believe:Electronics Sale has grown tremendously since those early days, but we haven&＃39;t forgotten what made--and keeps--us successful: exceeding the expectations of each one of our customers, every day.In bestowing us a gold award for achievement, Catalog Age magazine called us the "King of Service."
