Founded in 1998, Suzhou Fansheng Plastic Manufacture Ltd. mainly produces all kinds of plastic pails. The annually sales volume reaches 1, 000, 000 pieces. In last few years, due to the family management method, our factory was not managed properly. Although the output went up to around 2, 000, 000 pieces each year, the quality of the pail went down a lot. This is not means we have problems with our production. It is due to lake of management and heavy competition. Our factory was hustle into this downside demand market, which customers only consider about prices. Now we can claim that we can produce the cheapest pails in China. Now Mr. Hua carries on our company and has the ambition to expand the market share. At present, our company covers around 6, 000 square meters. At June of this year, our company will move into a new place, covering 20, 000 square meters. For the management of our company, we are not as efficient as many well structured companies, but all of the necessary changing is in progress. We have ten years' experience in the plastic pail industry. We are sure that we can supply high quality products at competitive prices.
