    Shantou Universal Plastics Industries Co., Ltd.(UPIST), was established in January 2005, as a manufacturer of one form of polysyllabic plastic called Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sheet and film. Our factory located at Shantou City, Guangdong Province, China. UPIST is 100% owned by oversea company, Universal Plastics Industries Co., Ltd (China) (UPICN), loc-ated in Hong Kong. Aside from factory in China, we also have a factory in Thailand, Universal Plastics Industries Co., Ltd. (UPI), established since year 1995. UPI Thailand located in zone 3 in Prachinburi Province. We are a Member of the Department of Export Promotion (DEP - Thailand Brand and Selected List) as well as Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI), hence getting full support from Thai government in promoting our products. With our 10 years experiences in manufacturing PVC sheet &filmboth soft and rigid) together with our strong management and sales teams, we decided to start our second factory, UPIST, in mainland China, with the capacity of 2,000 metric tons per year. Worldwide export is our main market focus. Our products inclued PVC soft sheet/film and rigid sheet/film suitable for various application.
