Company Introduction
Intimex Group Joint Stock Company, previously known as IntimexImport Export Joint Stock Company, officially came into operationon July 1, 2006. Intimex Hochiminh was formed on the basis of theequitization of the Hochiminh City Branch of Intimex Import ExportCorporation, found in 1995 and under the Ministry of Industry andTrade. After 10 years operating in branch model of which almostnothing in hands, no facility, capital and only 5-staff team fromthe beginning. By the end of 2005, when the Company prepared totransform to the Joint Stock Company model, revenue of IntimexHochiminh already reached more than VND 1,860 billion, import andexport volume exceeded US$ 105 million and contributed more thanVND 30 billion to the state budget. At the time of equitization,Intimex Hochiminh had only VND 14.4 billion of charter capital, 91staffs, only one clean pepper processing factory in Binh Duong,headquarter office in Hochiminh City and 3 branches. After 7 years,Company had a boom development with annual average growth rate of30-50%. From July 1, 2011, Company has operated with the new name:Intimex Group Joint Stock Company (Intimex Group) with thedevelopment orientation of âmulti-sector, multi-profession, andmulti-nationâ.
