This equipment is a "Carburizing & Carbonitriding furnace", which is more energy efficient in the use of gases to create atmospheres than normal ones.This is used for Gas Carburizing, Nitrocementation and Non-Oxidizing Quenching.The heat source is tube electric heater and furnace is consists of one heating zones.RX gas(Denatured Gas) or CH3OH(Methanol)are available.You can use PC or touch screen panel to control and monitor temperature, operate program or adjust CP(Carbon Potential)value.A process of Feeding-Carburizing-Expelling can be carried out automatically.To Carburize , Quench and do Modifying Treatment.The top Korean manufacture of Batch Type Non-Oxidizing Carburizing Furnace.70 Sets of Batch Type Non-Oxidizing Carburizing Furnace, 25 sets of Tempering Furnace, 5 sets of Car-Type Furnace, 12 sets of Pit-Type Furnace, 6 sets of Oxy-Nitiding Furnace, 2 sets of Soft-Nitiding Furnace and sets of Normalizing Furnace were used in Korea until December 31, 2007.We can produce customer designed equipment.And the appearance may be a little different with the standard ones showed here.
