    In 1990, their passion for natural wood and for working techniques lead engineers Umberto and Giuseppe Sammartino to establish Lamel Legno, a productive structure to exploit their knowledge of laminated wood characteristics.The curiosity and enchantement for this new working technique for scantlings and edge glued panels led to the creation of highly specialized production lines in a business structure of around 50, 000 square metres (12, 000 are covered) and 800 cubic metres drying capacity.The high quality of Lamel Legno products is ensured by systematic monitoring of the entire production process, by accurate checking of raw materials, by qualified and selected workers and by machines of high technology.Lamel Legno got the ISO 9001:2000 and FSC certification thanks to its constant effort to make top quality products and their just in time service to their customers.For these reasons, Lamel Legno scantlings and edge glued panels are an added value to any living space, thanks to their functional and aesthetical qualities and their ability to transform the relationship between the human being and the surrounding space into what we call quality of life
