We procure the products from selected Abbatoirs who are registered with the New Zealand Food & Safety Authority and run a Risk Management Program.The animals in New Zealand are declared free from all diseases including BSE, Mad Cow, Foot & Mouth and list A diseases, by the New Zealand Food & Safety Authority.You will be well aware of the unique nature of New Zealand.This is mainly due to New Zealand being one of the few countries in the world with excellent protection programmes.
