Company Introduction
A small family company with strong emphasis on freshness, authentic taste and handmade quality. Production is made by using traditional methods perfected through the generations and excluding any use of additives and unnatural substances. We simply use fish and sea salt, assisted by use of cold, clean, clear and abundant quantity of Icelandic water.We are located in Iceland, at the source of one of the richest fishing grounds where fresh fish is landed every day. We can obtain all the main Atlantic wild species such as Cod, Haddock, Plaice and Catfish.Just 20 minutes drive we have salmon and trout farms of excellent quality and attributes. Can work pre-rigor salmon and troutThe volume that we produce is small, but specialized and aimed for appreciation of the connoisseurs. We use only fresh raw material, where we start with the whole fish. Every fish is hand filleted, the fillets are trimmed and dry salted. No added sugar or other maturing aids. The salmon is smoked vertically (suspended at the tail), then sliced by hand and we place separation films between slices as to facilitate an elegant and convenient serving.
