It is engaged in turnkey engineering and general contracting service that specialize in optimization of mechanical and electrical equipment and system that is centered in providing facilities enhancement, environmental comfort and energy efficiency to buildings on a performance basis. The Company&＃39;s primary objective is to support energy management business applied on air-conditioning and automation systems. It offers "Energy Performance Contracting" to help its clients keep up on any budget constraints. Its secondary purpose is to augment its services to various HVAC rehabilitation and supply of air conditioning equipment and accessories within commercial and industrial segments. On its second year of operation, OSP-Honeywel was responsible to do the first major equipment replacement that is 100% financed and guaranteed to deliver 42 Million Pesos annual savings under Energy Performance Contract with SM City North EDSA. It was then followed by other prestigious contracts and projects.OSP-Honeywel&＃39;s key strength is the high caliber experienced professionals behind the team, whose track records show expertise in providing the latest energy efficiency technologies and their ability to (re/)design HVAC system controllers, identify appropriate equipment, sensors and accessories necessary to govern proper system operations.With the success of its on-going and operational projects, OSP-Honeywel takes its new undertaking when it became an independent entity in June 2005. This strategic decision was made to utilize the company&＃39;s unique skills, experience and engineering capabilities to concentrate on its field of expertise and maximize business.
