Foundry of JSC Poltava Turbomechanical plant produces a wide spectrum of the products for different branches of industry. Product range includes castings for compressor units, agricultural and industrial machines, sewer manholes, etc.One of direction is reconstruction of steam turbine of domestic and foreign manufacture, spare parts to steam turbine including blades, diaphragms, nozzle blocks and steam distribution assembly units, working blades and guide blades, details of gear drive and worm drive, coupling boxes, units and details of regulation systems, spare parts for feed pumps, block steam turbines; spare parts for equipment of mineral resources and building industries inclusive of parts for milling and mixing equipment. Alloys in our production: grey cast iron, bearing cast iron, high-duty cast-iron, wear-resistant cast iron, carbon steel, alloyed steel.Weight of produced castings: grey cast iron: up to 2 500 kgs, high-duty cast-iron: up to 200 kgs, steel castings: up to 500 kgs.We have technology, machines and specialists for its production, and we sell rotors (D6-3, D7-2,5, 2L6, 2L8 etc.) many years.
