    "PROTIK CERAMICS LTD. (PCL)" has been registered in Bangladesh in2009. The plant is commissioned in 2010 and launched its commercialproduction in March 2011. The plant is located 30 KM North – Eastfrom Capital City of Dhaka. The factory has setup on 15 acres ofland and have to total covered area of more than 2,50,000 sft. TheProtik Ceramics Ltd. (PCL) is the youngest member of Protik Groupwhich is private limited company, having interests in Real Estate,Trading and international Hotel Business. Our plant equipped withmost modern latest machineries from TAKASAGO, SKK of Japan havingmore than 1000 highly skilled and professional experienceemployees. Our production capacity about 40,000 pieces (10-12M.Ton) per day. Our peoples are capable to make any shape. We haveboth on glaze and in glaze decoration facility of which we can makeany types of decals decoration as desired by customers. Ourbusiness concern to produce hard porcelain tableware for home andinternational market. Our intends to serve the target marketsegments with consistent quality and superior customer service. Ourdecals plant capacity around 60,000 pieces per month. Starting fromsingle color upto 16 colors with Gold/Platinum both on glaze(840°C) and in glaze 1220°C) and completely lead and cadmium free.The company has own design studio in the decals plant. We have ownpackaging plant located in the same premises. Our capacity around1,00,000 pieces white/brown cartons per month. In addition thecompany is also capable of supplying 4-6 color printed cartons. Ourfactory equipped with the top of the line testing and qualitycontrol laboratory facilities, and has at its disposal, own captiveGas based Power Generation capability, Own water supply throughDeep Tubewell, Medical & Sanitary facilities for all employees.
