Located in Tigaraksa, Indonesia, PT Alcorindo Sejahtera operatesthree divisions, which are fabrication, machining and foundry.Our foundry has been actively serving customers since 2010. Weproduce general castings with material FC, FCD and steel. Theindustry we serve ranging from automotive, construction, railway,marine to pump and components.Maximum production capacity per month is 400 tons. Currently, weare running at 100 to 120 tons castings per month. We are utilizingtwo molding methods: Hand molding using furan sand (mostly for bigcasting, up to 5 ton per piece) and Automatic molding using greensand (mostly for small to medium casting with large quantity)We have received certification ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 14001.
