Company Introduction
Samkyung was established in April of 1986 in Inchon, Korea(south). We, Samkyung, have state-of-the-art facilities and technology, which enable us to produce aluminum products(extruding, fabricating, and finishing) which relate with electronics, industrial product and automobile. Current product lines include car amplifier cover, heatsink for audio system, cellular phone charger sash, cup-column for vending machine and internal heatsink in computer monitor. From scratch to final product, every process has been done in Samkyung, which includes the initial press molding design, hairline / sandblast, anodizing / painting, and silk printing. Quality is the most important factor, and we are keeping this on all our products. To keep the best quality, we are maintaining 50 ppm (50 defects per million) defect ratio. This is the result of effective and efficient use of TPS (Toyota Product System) which has been adopted for improving productivity. As result of these efforts, we can keep high product quality with low cost. In addition to quality, we always think that on-time-delivery is the most important factor. To keep the due date, we always have proper amount of resources in stock for future mass production. At the same time, we have variety of resources in stock to produce for small and various amount of orders. Our goal to customer is the combination of "Quality" and "Cost", and we are making every effort to satisfy our customer&＃39;s demands.
