Company Introduction
The company was founded by HyunKwon Park ,a craftsman,in April 1972 in the basement of his home, four people working in a 20 square metre area. In that early period, the company had produced classical guitars for the Korean domestic market and these quickly had a good reputation, mainly for their high quality of sound. To supply enough guitars according to demand, the company had to move large place to produce. The guitars were branded &＃39;Sungeum&＃39; which means &＃39;accomplishing the sound&＃39; and this is still a well known brand in the Korean market, today. HyunKwon&＃39;s ambition is always to supply instruments and guitar players the range from acoustic to eletro-acoustin, throughout the world.
