Dear Sir - Madam,We are a Russia based textiles company having operations also in Turkey. We have been sourcing our fabric needs from Turkey and Russia up to this day but as we enhanced our production, we are now interested in buying fabric from China as well.We are looking for 4 types of fabric. Here are the technical details of the fabrics we need: 1) %96 rayon (open end) + %4 20d SpandexWidth : 180cm.Weight : 210 - 220 gsm.2) 100d 144F DTY + spandex plain dyedWidth : 180 cmsWeight : 160 gsm3) FDY Printed and brushed fabric + spandexWidth : 180 cmsWeight: 160 gsm4) 40d Nylon + 20d Spandex Mesh fabricWidth : 180 cmsWeight : 70 gsmWe are looking for 60 tonnes of plain dyed and 60 tonnes of printed fabric per month. We need to know:1) How much is your production capacity? How many days would it take for you to produce our order in a regular basis? 2) Do you keep stock of fabrics? If yes, please email us the pictures of your existing fabric stocks.3) Are you able to produce if we give you patterns which you normally do not have?Please give us your best FOB price offer for the fabric we are looking for.
