Since its incorporation in the Year 1964, Unicorn Petroleum Industries Private Limited has come a long way, in its quest for customer centric quality products & excellence in services. Starting from its humble origins at Deonar, the group now, has two state of the art manufacturing facilities at DEONAR & PANVEL, well equipped with state of the art manufacturing, testing & storage facilities, to ensure consistent batch production & finished product quality, as mandated by the Drugs & Cosmetic Act, 1950 & Indian Pharmacopoeia, IP 2010...The whole range of value added petroleum specialties such as White/ Yellow Petroleum Jelly I.P./ B.P./ USP, Liquid Paraffin I.P./ B.P. (Heavy & Light), Hard Paraffin Wax, Bees Waxes I.P./ B.P., White Mineral Oils, Lube Specialties, Industrial, Automotive & Metal working Lubricants, Lube Oil Additives, Paraffinic Solvents & Petroleum Specialty Oils are manufactured to suit international & import specifications, such as ASTM/ BIS / IP / BP/ EP / USP etc, as may be applicable, in line with customers mandated requirements.The Group, with its two factories has a total Installed Capacity of 15000 MTPA of its specialty products & has the capabilities to meet higher production quantities within short period of time. The Company has its own in-house Research & Development as well as Quality Control Chemical Laboratory with separate Instrumentation Laboratory, complete with all duly calibrated, sophisticated Instruments & Lab wares for complete testing & analysis of all incoming raw material, intermediate (In-Process/ Quarantine) & finished Products. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as per Schedule M Norms & cGMP/ GLP are regularly maintained of each Batch Activity zealously & are periodically reviewed by experienced, well qualified Production, Quality Control & Quality Assurance Personnel.
